RESIDENTAL PROPERTY SELLER DISCLOSURE STATMENT

To obtain a copy of the state’s disclosure, go to their web site  and select the licensing division for Real Estate Sales and Brokers. In the list presented for your review, select Seller Property Condition Disclosure Packet.

A “sample” review of a state seller disclosure form is available at uslegalforms.com.  Go there and select the state where your property is located. Click on FREE PREVIEW to familiarize yourself with the contents of the form.

The first group of web sites below:

1) represent real estate offices that provide commission discounts over traditional rates

2) provide for a Flat Fee with a local agent who lists your home and gets it into your MLS

3) or are sites that list other by-owner homes to help you gain advertising exposure.
