As far as a seller’s disclosure form being mandatory, it's hard to tell by looking at the state’s web site.

Current “samples” of state seller disclosure forms are available at uslegalforms.com.  Go there and select the state where your property is located. Click on FREE PREVIEW to familiarize yourself with the contents of the form.

The first group of web sites below:

1) represent real estate offices that provide commission discounts over traditional rates

2) provide for a Flat Fee with a local agent who lists your home and gets it into your MLS

3) or are sites that list other FSBO (by-owner) homes to help owners gain advertising exposure.
