SELLER’S Property Disclosure:

No state law appeared to indicate the use of a mandatory disclosure form for sellers when this site was created. However, sellers are advised to disclose anything that could be construed as a public safety or health issue. One of the FSBO sites below has access to two disclosures which you'll need. You can view them by clicking here. Using a generic form to disclose problems or even better, revealing that no problems exist, is a good marketing ploy on your part.

1) represent real estate offices that provide commission discounts over traditional rates

2) provide for a Flat Fee with a local agent who lists your home and gets it into your MLS

3) or are sites that list other FSBO (by-owner) homes to help owners gain advertising exposure.
