SELLER’S Property Disclosure:

As specified on their state site, “The Seller Property Disclosure Form is not regulated by any state agency. You should contact a private attorney for assistance.”

No state law appears to dictate the use of a mandatory disclosure form. However, the seller should disclose anything that could be construed as a public safety or health issue. Using a generic form to disclose problems or even better, revealing that no problems exist, is a good marketing ploy on your part. After all, your competition isn’t doing it.

The first group of web sites below:

1) represent real estate offices that provide commission discounts over traditional rates

2) provide for a Flat Fee with a local agent who lists your home and gets it into your MLS

3) or are sites that list other FSBO (by-owner) homes to help owners gain advertising exposure.
