Hi. It's Harry and Sally Labowski at 123 Cherry Hill Lane- in case you didn't recognize the place. We’ve decided to sell our wonderful home. We’re going to miss the many friends we’ve made over the years.

We’ve kept the home in tip-top shape during our 19 years here. (My how time flies!) We’ve loved our open floor plan and remodeled kitchen (wish we'd done it years ago) and we’ve grown fond of the mature trees, scenic views and secure feelings here in Waterford Park.

The finished lower level (that’s Realtor talk for the basement) sports newer carpeting. We put in a guest bedroom, full bath and a great play area for the young ones. In addition, there is a walkout to the back patio. It’s great for entertaining.

If you have friends or family thinking about moving, we hope you’ll pass this along. They'll love the twin gas fireplaces, French doors to the office and built-ins. We also had the interior repainted this spring. Looks great - neutral decor throughout. We priced it in the 280's based on the recommendation of several local agents.
